The worst condo in Singapore.
They make money by clamping the visitor's car. Without pre-notice.
Visitor's carpark is only on level 4 in the air open area and very narrow path. It is worse than HDB. The security guards are even worse and have very bad behavior to visitors.
The Security Supervisor and Officer are NOT good at enforcement over vehicle control!
On 15th February 2023, at about 1300hrs there were a long Queue of lorry and van going into the MI CASA condo. The vehicle had jammed up the road and behind cars had to wait till they finish their verification individually.
The guards were unfriendly and rude as I tried to enter the resident lane when the other were jam up by the delivery van and lorry.
I suggest management should look into how to better educated the officers on Access control and Customer service!
They serve the first impression for visitors and other people coming into the condo!

I visited Mi Casa for collecting Eggless cakes from Shwetali,S& N cakes.
It is a beautiful condominium near to CCK MRT Station. There is Lot 1 shopping mall at CCK MRT Station and a bus interchange as well so this condominium is located at a convenient place near to amenities.
You’d be surprised how unfriendly a condo management can be. Security guard don’t do their job. Everybody can walk in or drive in with them informing the residents on visitors
Very bad mind and poor attitude to visitors and people. I don't think they will do good to residents as well when I see their behavior. I believe that it is the office management's problem to coach their security guys.

Personally felt the mcst & security lack compassion, heavy thunderstorm they still expect you to park in a open space mscp even tho one level down has totally no cars and you’re there for about 30mins. They will clam and demand you to pay up . Poorly managed, money grubbing management. Very disgusting. Really spit on Rina & Prakash.
Pretty good condo. Has two big pools and a smaller kiddie pool connected at the side (with a small playground structure next to it). There’s a water slide built in the kiddie pool with other water structures
There’s a lot of greenery in the area and shelters for you to get to the buildings/ carpark / gym without getting wet
There is an umbrella borrowing system in place which is neat.
There is a clubhouse with an air conditioned gym next to it.
There is a fitness area with a vending machine and a toilet next to it (also close to pool)
Other facilities include a tennis court at the top of the car park.
However, it is a little hard to get around sometimes and it can feel like you’re taking a roundabout route.
The elevators either need keycards or a call and confirmation from the resident to go to the specific level
Probably the worst condo in Singapore. The surrounding looks like HDB. Visitor parking lot is all the way at level 4A/4B so please expect yourself to spin your car up the multi-story tight carpark. Be careful of wheel clamps when you accidentally park at a different level and unhelpful security guards.
